Account Registration & Verification
To access the full range of cv99bd's features — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times. cv99bd relies on the information you provide to operate your account, process payments, and comply with its anti-money-laundering and age-verification obligations.

cv99bd reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to a Player's account wallet if the withdrawal request cannot be completed due to a payment processing error, a failed identity verification check, or a security review. In such cases, cv99bd will notify the Player via their registered email address and provide guidance on resolving the issue.
Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own bank or mobile money provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. cv99bd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages outside of cv99bd's control.
Section 6
Bonuses & Promotions
cv99bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and any specific conditions stated on the individual promotion page.
- Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's individual terms page. Players must satisfy wagering requirements in full before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

- Collusion and cheating: Any form of collusion between players, use of automated bots or scripting software, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be engaged in such activity will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds held in the account may be forfeited.
Section 8
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered Player on cv99bd, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in good faith. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:
Identity Fraud
Registering under a false name, providing fabricated identity documents, impersonating another person, or creating accounts on behalf of a third party are all forms of identity fraud and are grounds for immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.
Automated Software
The use of bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate platform behaviour is strictly prohibited. All activity on cv99bd must be conducted by a human player making independent decisions in real time.
Money Laundering
Using cv99bd to launder money — by depositing funds from illegal sources, cycling deposits through the platform without genuine wagering activity, or structuring transactions to obscure their origin — is a serious criminal offence. cv99bd reports all suspected money-laundering activity to relevant authorities.
Exploitation of Errors
Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors in odds, or any other platform malfunction to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Players who discover a platform error are required to cease play and report it to cv99bd support immediately. Winnings obtained through known errors will be voided.
Collusion
Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live poker or table games, coordinate betting patterns to exploit promotions, or engage in any activity designed to give a coordinated group an unfair advantage over the platform or other players is strictly forbidden.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or mobile money provider for deposits made to cv99bd — without first attempting to resolve the matter through cv99bd's support team — constitutes fraud. cv99bd will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks and may pursue legal action where appropriate.
Section 9
Account Suspension & Closure
cv99bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request has been submitted.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Evidence of underage gambling or use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
- Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
- Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated software.
- Player request for voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
- Identification of the account as a duplicate account held by the same individual.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance held in the Player's wallet that is not subject to an active investigation or withheld on reasonable suspicion of fraud will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Limitation of Liability

Where cv99bd's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, cv99bd's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their cv99bd account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property available on the cv99bd platform — including but not limited to the cv99bd brand name, logo, website design, user interface layout, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data — are the exclusive property of cv99bd or its licensed third-party providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cv99bd platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:
